VERY nice round, it's a very late one dated November 1918. Made in the last few days of WW1. 11 18 = Noember 1918. I think that is the rarest date that is found.

It was made by Polte Werk Magdeburg.

T = Anti-Tank, and 67 Is to do with the brass composition (67% Copper, 33% Zinc).

Thanks for the info guys, very intresting to see that these rounds were dated with the month as well as the year,
Thanks Emlyn

Being somewhat partial to ATR rounds myself,it's not something I care to think about too much, but doesn't the Section 5 "bogey" pop up with the bullets in T Gewehr rounds?

Section 5

It certainly does. Even inerted, the projectiles are subject to Section 5 (1A)(g) of the act.

Forgive my ignorance, but i thought as long as it was inert it is legal to own? why are these projectiles different?

Welcome to the skating on thin ice club Emlyn,I'm afraid there's an awful lot of us who are in it with you !!! There has been quite a a few postings on this topic,if you look back at anything regarding jacketed AP projectiles in the various forums you'll see the situation described in detail.Basically we shouldn't have 'em,being inert doesn't make any difference.

Sectiion 5

The various prohibitions within Section 5 of the Firearms Act are:

5 (1A)(a) Firearms disguised as something else
5 (1A)(b) Explosive missiles for military use
5 (1A)(c) Missile launchers
5 (1A)(d) Incendiary ammo
5 (1A)(e) Armour piercing ammo
5 (1A)(f) Expanding ammo
5 (1A)(g) Projectiles for any of the above

This is my paraphrasing of the various clauses and is NOT a legal opinion. Missiles in the above context include bullets!

Section 5 (1A)(g) is the catch all that includes AP projs etc. that are in inerted cases.
