Hi all.
Anyone know the fuze name/number that goes in this shell? Anybody got one they would sell??
155mm Smoke-HC DM105A2.
fuze pocket looks quite shallow
Or maybe a carrying ring??
Thanks in advance.

Often seen with a Junghans Microtec DM153 mechanical time and super quick (MTSQ) series, or in British service, the L92 MT series. The DM153 is no longer offered it seems by Junghans as far as I can tell, so its current DM52A2 electronic inductively-set time fuze could be used. If not any of those, then other models that can provide the same functionality, thread type, intrusion, etc..

German Bundeswehr used the DM 153 fuze on the DM 105.

The use of the DM 52 series fuzes on this projectile is not allowed (they may be used on DM 115 and DM 125 smoke shells).

However, since Germany refrains from using HC smoke for environmental / health safety reasons, the DM 105 shell is now obsolete for some time.
