20mm sub-calibre help please.

Hi everyone, I'm looking for any information on this 20mm sub-calibre round. The previous owner told me it is a 20mm spotting round but I haven't been able to find any more information on the round. The head stamp reads 20mm 64 MPA and the dimensions are as follows: length of cartridge 68mm, case length 27mm, projectile width 20mm, rim width 22mm.

There were various spotter/trainer rounds of about this size - a couple are shown in the photo from my Ammo Photo Gallery below. They were all for anti-tank rocket launchers or recoilless guns of one type or another, with the ballistics adjusted to match.

Thank you for the help guys, do you perhaps have drawings or sectioned examples showing the internals of a similar cartridge?
