Question on French Fuze 21/28 Point Detonating fuze. I have listed a 21/28 and a 21/28B. Do both of these fuzes exist? And if so what is the difference between the two?

Joe,

As far as I know, the 21/28 Model 1935 and 21/28B Model 1935 are identical from the outside. The only difference is the shape of the primer carrier guide. Unfortunately, I have no drawings showing this difference. There is also a practice version, where the detonator is replaced by black powder.
These fuzes were used on 60mm mortars Mle 1935

There are also 21/28 fuzes for the airforce :

21/28 SCHNEIDER Mle 1926
21/28 RSA Mle 1926 (see below)
21/28 RSA Mle 1930

Hope this helped

Regards,

S.
