I picked this up today, we had these. It needs a bit of cleaning, may keep it
may not. Usually I only see the odd fuzeless projectile, never the whole thing.
This is the as found image.
It had been sitting some where damp and the base has some corosion issues so the markings
that are quite lightly stamped to start with are mostly lost.
The casing is steciled INERT and FREE FROM EXPLOSIVES,
There are differences in the projectile from my other example, while interchangable I expect.
The black one is marked 3" AA Mk 34 MOD 1 A Lot 70 (It's difficult to read.)
