Found one today-
an alcohol rinse shows residual dye colour in these. Odd detail of lead pellet inside of fuze body, bottom of fuze looks like somebody cut it open.
Fuze marked P = Plug
Lead plug in projectile base

Very nice Gordon, i am keeping an eye open for one over here if i ever find one i will be a happy collector, did they not use an oil like substance in some of these daylight tracers, or was that in the US manufactured one's ?

Hard to say, they both likely used something similar. I used alcohol because it would dry up but I first noticed the colour wiping the threads with some oil. Look at every 1 Pr. you see, these are easy to overlook by the seller if they don't look too closely.
