Does anyone know if it is legal to import deactivated 9M113 Spandrel AT missiles into the UK?

If not the actual missile, what about the launch tube?

I am looking for some to put onto my BRDM-2 9P148.
 
Opinons so far indicate they would be section 5 (1)(ae) or (1A)(c) and therefore require de-activation by some means.

Quite difficult to do in such a way that could not be reversed...
