Abbreviation H.M.C.T.D.

I know the normal abbreviation M.C.T.D. what means Medium Capacity Tail Delay. So a MC bomb with a tail pistol. But what means H.M.C.T.D.? Is the "H" meaning Heavy, so the Mk III MC bomb?
