AVCO Systems Division 40x46MM Grenade?

Anyone have any information on this one? Casing measures 40x46MM and the only markings are the AVCO Sticker. It appears that AVCO Systems is now Textron Defense Systems: http://www.textrondefense.com/company_info/history.htm
