What you have shown appears to be the 4.7 inch QF Mk I. It was introduced into service as a field gun around 1895. Its design came about from taking 4.7 inch Naval guns and applying them for land use by installing them on the older 40 Pdr. carriages in South Africa during the Boer War. Newer carriages were then designed preceeding WWI. They had limited use on the Western Front, but were replaced by the heavier 6 inch guns. They used a straight tapered brass case 15.9 inches long. Declared obsolete shortly after WWI.

In the attached photos, the big chart is for Navy Ammo. The projectiles could have been used in the Field Gun, but it used the shorter case shown in the second photo. The projectiles in the 3rd photo were posted here by a member.

This photos made in Serbia 1915, and 8 this guns is part of British military aid give to Serbia for defence of Belgrade.

You are very welcome. The British probably had the guns as surplus, when they got their 6 inch guns delivered to the lines. Do you have any more photos of the 4.7 inch guns?
 
For now I have one more photo that I find today, also I have info that two more this guns give by British troops to Serbs on Salonica front in late 1917 or 1918 year

Dreamphoto, any particular info you need on this gun as I have the hand book for the ''B'' guns on travelling carraiges 1916. 2pr

Hello Hazord.....the drawing in your second photo states for Mks IX, IX*,XII and XII*.
Not a short case (which would be 404mm long) but quite o long case (775mm).
