Hi,

Anyone know what this is? is it WW2?? dosen't ring any bells with me.

Hopefully someone can id.

It looks like a British 1,000lb Bomb 1950,s? any other details please, i think the two caps are for covering the threads for the lifting lugs
 
Lovely thanks for that, it is for sale and was toying with the idea of getting it. If you need to know anything else please give me a shout.
