Here are a few sectioned 30mm, and 40mm. L70 Bofors. The 23mm Soviet is a british re-load with in-house mfg. proj. and fuze. The fuze was very much of interest to UK designers. Regards, RonB.

Is the fuze a UK made copy of a Russian fuze or a UK design? If its a UK design, why did they use the 23mm Russian for testing?

Very nice Ron, I wondered what the little 40mm was like inside.

Tim the one in the photo on the link below is similar (but a bit different) to the 30mm you mention.
