British No. 80 Fuse Markings

ricco

New Member
Hello Everyone,

So I posted this in the wrong place so hopefully this is the right place...

I have a British Fuse with the base markings

No. 80 MK VII
1858 - 18 BMC

So it is a British No 80 Mark 7, but what does "1858 - 18 BMC" mean.

Thanks

think 1858 is a lot number -18 is the year of manufacture and BMC is the maker who is the Buckeye Machine Co. of Calgary.

Interesting,

Thankyou so much for the information I havnt been able to find anything about it so far.

I guess its time to start reading about the Buckeye Machine Co. of Calgary.

Ricco
