Bullet Removal

I use a nylon cilinder , appr 40 mm long , and 22.5 mm in diameter with a 12.5 mm hole drilled through and through. Cut the cilinder opern on one side , so you can easilly press the bullet in, place in a vice and gently pull the bullet off the shellcase. Up till. 50 this should give no real problems.

Are you just looking to download a round, so that both the case and bullet are undamaged, or is it OK to damage either of the components to get the other one?

You could try to find someone who reloads that would have a shellholder and press, and most likely a collet for gripping the bullet. Ask around the local sporting goods shop if someone knows a shooter that could pull it for you. There are a lot of people shooting 50s out there these days, unless you live in California.
