Canadian ? Zamack No119 Mk2 Fuse

Hi just recently recieved this through the post ,a Canadian 119 made from Zamack ,are these common? iam used to seeing the brass 119s ,and why 2 dates 10/41 and 1/42 regards Dave

Both the Mark II and V were made of Mazak, Zamak or Zamac was a German Trademark. The first date relates to the date of manufacture and the second date to the date of filling.

Thanks TimG didnt know Zamak was a trademark .Will the Germans try and charge us for using it ? like they did in WW1 for their fuse designs
