Need help IDing this grenade. It looks like a variant of the German:
Hand-Nebelbombe (lexpev.nl)

Dia: 99-MM at crimp
Length: 138-MM

Not a variant, it simply is one or a Handgasbombe (T-Stoff)

I understand your question, yes it' a variant. German used different methods of fixing the gaine (flat top as in the lexpev's diagram or cylindrical top like yours). Base plugs could be also different.
Both bodies were used with different fillings : incendiary, smoke (N-Stoff), gas (B-Stoff, C-Stoff).
Your grenade is fitted with remnant of pull fuze (missing safety screwed cap).
