Elaz 15 RHS 1938 with cap

Another tough nut to crack but finally at beltring again on Day one
with a bit of steering in the right direction i brought this fairly good condition 15 fuse.

There is a nice 1938 dated gaine with it aswell but havnt put it in the pics.

havn't seen them come up to often especially with the cap are they pretty rare to find the caps then ? cheers

yes indeed they are prety rare as they were obsolete by 1941 and as you can imagine the caps were more than likely just thrown away by the german armourers.

I dont think that cap was original to that fuze, look at lot number??
Usually lot number on cap and fuse is the same.
Better to have than with no cap at all!

Buddy,remind me tomorrow as i have a stack of different caps. Deffo have another 15 one but cant garauntee its the same batch number you are looking for?
As you say pal,better with a non matcher than not at all i suppose?
