Good evening

I think it's a WW1 fuze. Exact name is "Fusée 24/31 mm Mle 1915 I.T.", found on trench mortar bombs 58T.
I.T. stands for Instantaneous Trench.

Hi,

Correction to my previous post : It's not 24/31mm, but only 24mm.
This fuze is also described in a US book (pages 41,42) "Manual for trench artillery, US army", War department doc no. 821, July 1918 :
