No, this one is a fuze for HE shells and is pre WWII where the Russians also had no HEAT projectiles.

The RG-6 is the predecessor of the RGM-2 which replaced it in all applications.
 
I believe that if that tenian to proyectile HEAT of 122mm in the second world war, you will raise more photos of the fuse and of the proyectile regards

the BP-460A was fuzed with V-229 (B-229) fuze
As EOD writes: RG-6 was used with HE 122mm and 152mm projectiles like OF-462, OF-530 and F-533.
