My previous post refers:

http://www.bocn.co.uk/vbforum/threads/100245-75-x-151-mm-Drill-Round

A year or so ago I found an unknown Drill round at a flee market. My friend Recce George will remember the day well.

A week or so ago I found a case which I believe is the same calibre as the drill round.

Case Length: 143 mm (not cut down)

Calibre: 75 mm

Rim: 88.4 mm (Drill round's rim is 88.2 mm)

Head Stamp: Rh. M.F. 5 NOV 1912 DUSSELDORF (crown) 27

I cant find any reference to the case and believe that it may have been a special calibre that was intended for the twelve 75 mm Ehrhardt 7.5 cm Model 1904 which were delivered to Schutztruppe in German South West Africa. The gun was also issued to the Portuguese colonial forces in Angola.
