German rocket ww2

I have this German ww2 rocket diameter about 8,5cm, the total length is about 44cm, the length of the yellow part is about 24 cm
I got the rocket like this, I have no idea what it is, what is the launching system, purpose of the rocket.
The only inscrptions I found was a waffenambt and at the engine exhaust 12 with the degree sign.

What should have been written on this rocket???

What was the use of this kind of rocket, does anybody have some information about the launching equipment??
