German WW1 fuze

Panzerknacker

Well-Known Member
A dopp z92 fuze other markings are splo, its in very cood condition as it has been fired and blow up in flight by the looks of it, the timer is set at just over 16, theres parts of the casing still in the brass base where it was attached to the shell, the place where it came from was using it as a paper weight for years any ideas what type of shell it was from (size + shrapnell, maker) i think it was from a shrapnell shell for bursting over infantry ? also what is the value of these items ? thanks
