GI Joe's Military Living History Museum, Kinston, NC

This small North Carolina museum is manned by old Nam vets with a purpose of teaching people about the past. It contains a lot of photos and donated military gear. Mr. Ralph Smith, an old US Army Nam infantry vet whom you see in front of his photo while in Vietnam, walked us around. They also have a room where military vets can express themselves in painting. He spoke with a heavy Southern drawl and I bought a Vietnam tee shirt to support the place.
Question:
That French anti tank projectile felt very light when lifted. Is it a ballistic cap?
