Thought I'd add the coastal ranges theme. A selection of photos from several visit to Goswick Beach in Northumberland. The range was heavily used by units based at RAF Milfield for gound attack training. The BD team has now been withdrawn due to defence cuts. Recovered 500lb and bomb and rockets are in the small aviation museum at Bamburgh Castle. If visiting watch out for the tide and quicksand.
