This is either a Long Range or Short Range CN round made by Federal Laboratories Inc., and would be marked with either the Federal Labs info or marked as Civil Protection (1946) Ltd., London. The CP products are Fed Labs products sold under the CP name. The base of the case should be marked either SR or LR.
