HELP Identification needed PLEASE

Hello please could anyone help me identify this projectile.
I think it could be a 12- 13 pounder? with a mechanical time fuze?
More information the better and i am very grateful for your help!!

The 12 pounder is 8.28 inches long and the 15 pounder is 9 inches long (with out fuse) hope this helps.

I'm not sure how rusty the base of your projo is, but the Gun ID is usually forged or cast into the base of the projo in fairly deep characters. CS for cast steel, FS for forged steel.
