Visited Tallapoosa today, SMALL town, great park.surprised to see some artillery. The 155 carriage was dated 1944, the gun tube was 1980 dated. The M60 was like new, even the bogies had new rubber....all on loan from .gov...the F105 records state it bombed Hanoi, 350 some F105's were lost out of 800 produced....my favorite, the 8 inch painted sand color?....my 9 year old keeps this 57 year old busy.....

Posting a brochure for the park, notice how many times these F105 pilots were shot down....and the scoop on the famous VC propaganda photo with a woman VC holding an SKS on Waddell, ( I even remember the picture when it was released), Sam related the story, it was taken a week after Waddell was captured, useful propaganda....
