Toss up for #1 between Breaker Morant and Zulu, for me, from this list.
Gallipoli is right up there from the non-Brit flicks list. And The Longest Day. Before they gave a shite about equipment accuracy. Lots of big name stars, so it had to be good. The stereotypes then is hilarious now. Saw the premier. I was 9 years old. It moved me.
