Hi all,

I have found this mark on a German El.AZ. model 5 fuze.

I have also found, searching the Internet, a similar symbol on the cap of a container of a German electric fzse.

Does anyone know what it means?

Brilliant. Thank you very much Rigby.

The German Technical Association of Manufacturers of Standardized Molded and Compression Molded Materials introduced in 1924 an industry standard for Bakelite (https://www.plugsocketmuseum.nl/MPADmarks.html).
I would never have discovered that the mark has an M, a P, an A and a D. Great

I can also recommend the book "Kunststoffe" a collectors guide to German World War II plastics and their markings by W.Darrin Weaver.
Made excellent reading. Take a look.
