What is the designation of this italian concrete practice bomb (Via Gaggio aera) ?

The usual floating suspension lug on the tip classifies this bomb as Italian.
The shape and size make me think that it was made to replicate the "100 Kg Torpedo Bomb" aka 100T.
Many of these bombs were found in the former Lonate Pozzolo airport, which is located in the Gaggio area.
