Does anyone know where the term "Lucky" came from in terms of the piezoelectric fuzing system? was this an EOD term, or was this something of a program word?

Years ago in the EOD school at Eglin AFB I asked the same question.
The answer was that there was a piezoelectric cigarette lighter given away with Lucky Strike cigarettes.
I do not know if it is the correct story :) I sell as I bought.
