This is my first post so hello to everyone out there and thank you for the hours of entertainment I've had viewing the forum.
I have just been offered this fuze along with other WW1 bits. Does anyone know what it is as I don't have a clue! My reference books aren't helping either.
Regards
Dan

Hi Jayteepee,
Many thanks for your ID. This came as part of a collection of German fuzes found over the years on the Loos battlefield. They came from a friend at no financial cost so I've no reason to doubt where they came from. As I have no Knowledge of WW2 kit could you provide any further info - was this removed and replaced with a fuze to arm the weapon, is it US or British, does it make sense it was found in a muddy field in northern France?
Thanks again,
Dan
