New addition to`oddities` & ID please

Picked up these at Wavre Fair today
Unfoiinished 20mm HS case - all done except for the primer hole - Quality reject?
Thats off to the `oddities` cabinet/collection
Also can anyone id the link please? - yes the HS case fits perfectly.

A better pic would help.
Does the cart have a headstamp,almost looks like its got the ejector marks on the base,could it be fired?.
Link could be late HS or oerlikon(820/KAA) or possibly Soviet type.

The case is unfinished & know what it is - I only wanted id on the link
It is basically a smaller version of the M29 30mm Aden/defa link & 27mm Mauser link

Link could be for the Soviet 23mm x 115mm case.
The 20mm case seems unusual, as the draw process used to manufacture cases has the primer hole made fairly early on in the process,before the case is headed,or often before its trimmed.

Hence why it is going in my oddities part of my collection mate.
I will try the link on my soviet 23 rounds but I have links for those and they are more like M12 ones
