Patronenkasten 88 Question

Hello i have a question regarding the German Patronenkasten 88 WW1 !

Does anyone know how the amo was packed inside i found only pics of WW2 with the paper made 300 rounds boxes but nothing about how the amo was packed inside in ww1 ??

Yes there was this previous thread on WW2 see below, I suppose WW1 would be the same? I've one box of WW1 7.92 german ammo and really it just the same card box as WW2 apart from a different label

You found earlier 1305 scharfe Patronen 88 in the Patronenkasten 88.Schlachtfeldmunition 88 in Patr.88.jpg

David there are also 88 wooden crate with1400 Patronen S.jpg1400 cartridges 8x57 in 5 battlepacks with 4 Tragegurten with 70 cartridges.

I am always looking vor 7.92x33 box labels for my book about the development and production of the 7.9 Kurzpatrone.
