rocket parts??

Hi,visiting a friends house recently and saw these,came from the sea,solid lead and aprox 3" at widest. Possibly from a hale rocket? Seem to show age.cheers Tig.View attachment 104685View attachment 104684

It seems like a fair guess, especially the one on the left which has the correct profile for a Hale rocket. They must be practice heads otherwise I thought they were cast iron with an explosive content.
