spoilers on 29 lb. HE warhead "Land Mattress"

Who has information about the different ranges of the 3 inch "Land Mattress" barrage rocket when using the spoilers on the 29 lb. HE warhead? They could be placed on the No.721 fuze. The spoilers where used to reduce the range of the rocket. Three different sizes of plates exist, colored red (small), blue (medium) and white (large).
