Type 17A german long-delay bomb fuze

Not a bad pick-up though. Lovely clear bakelite transport cap and with a bit of attention,i reckon the lettering will come up?
Its my favourite year of make with that lettering particular to Rheinmettal-Borsig.

I have 7 or 8 of these 17A's now(without a check in the collection room!),mainly the 17A* versions though.
Im still on the lookout for the elusive 17 as i only have the one.
Another 17B would be nice as well!

Very nice 1940 pattern all alloy body matey with just that little bit of work on the top and bingo:tinysmile_twink_t2: another nice fuse

Even the Ally bodied 1940 pattern 17A is becoming a rariety now as the steel bodied emergencie pattern soon took its place.
