This clock has never worked properly since the sixties, due to a repair (??).
It's been at the clocky type people for ages and they couldn't find out why it wouldn't work...
But finally the problem was solved.
A small pressure piece/part was of the wrong type and a replacement part was bought from Germany.
Apart from gaining a few minutes, it now works perfectly.
A lovely Kreigsmarine clock brought back to life.
Fourth picture is of a recent auction piece at Bonhams.
