Unknown PD M57 Variant

The PD M57 fuze is very well known, but I recently found an example with a 'plastic' composite cone. I've seen one like it, nor any diagrams or info. No markings on mine (apart from 21), Can anyone supply any info? Depotman

It's the M572 PD fuze, the reason for filling the nose is described here:

no idea for the material.
