Unknown PD M57 Variant

The PD M57 fuze is very well known, but I recently found an example with a 'plastic' composite cone. I've seen one like it, nor any diagrams or info. No markings on mine (apart from 21), Can anyone supply any info? Depotman

Thanks Hazord - what's it used on and why the change in material for a Navy fuze? Depotman
 
used on 3in, 4in, 5in, 6in navy shells and 5in rocket.
no idea for the material.
