What does a moderator do ??? ive been asked this a few times lately ,
This is from the FAQ section at the top of the page...
"Moderators oversee specific forums. They generally have the ability to edit and delete posts, move threads, and perform other manipulations. Becoming a moderator for a specific forum is usually rewarded to users who are particularly helpful and knowledgeable in the subject of the forum they are moderating."
This also includes keeping forums tidy ensuring posts are in the correct categorys,removing dead links and posts e.g sales that have finished etc.
It is not a full time position and is unpaid ,the mods also take some weight off my back which i am very gratefull for especially at the rate the site is growing.
