40mm Bofors Container

I mentioned this on another thread so I thought it was time that I posted some pics. This is one of 2 containers that were given to us to go with our restored Bofors. I trust the Aust. Markings on this case are of interest. Regards....Rod

Didn't get a chance to mention it on the other thread, but GMH-W stands for General Motors-Holden's, Woodville in South Australia, which was Holden's sheet metal and body panel pressing plant.

"89" thanks for the interesting link. "303" thanks for the GMH input. The Chev. No. 6 Artillery Tractor we are restoring also has a GMH manufactured body (Cab 13) and Crew Cab. Pics of the other box are enclosed....Rod
