Part of the ordnance collection. This museum had an extensive collection of WW1 thru Vietnam era aircraft and ordnance. Museum closed and the collection was split up. Paul Allen has some of the aircraft. Not sure where the ordnance collection went.
A few pics form the Iowa when it first opened.
A friend has an L-5 and installed the original mounting for the .30 M1 Carbine.
Some pics from the filming of Courage Under fire. The Iraq army was 1 T-54, 2 T-55s, 1 Pt-76 and a Btr 152. The U.S. army was Centurion Mark Vs modified to look like M1A1s and the super tank, which was a truck with a turret mounted to it for the scenes with Denzel Washington. The U.S. army wouldn't let them use real M1s. The crew spent months running of underground pipes to simulate oil well fires and modifying the Centurions to look like the M1s. I am driving the lead T-55 out of the bunker complex ...
2 T-55s I drove in the mid 1990's at Evergreen Ventures at Pinal Airpark.
