John P. Schenkl was refused a patent application by the U.s. Patent office on December 5, 1859.

It is a 35MM anti-aircraft drill round for the German Flak Panzer Gepard. When I was looking at the pictures, I did not think it would be THIS big. It is made of solid turned alloy. It has as a screw on projectile, and a hole where the primer would be. In the pictures it is compared to a .22 cartridge, a .50 caliber round and a pop can.
