German 2cm training rounds?

Picked these up today in one of the small shops i frequent on my travels.Pictured alongside a sectioned Mine horn.
Im hoping these are correct wooden projectiles for them as they are a lovely, tight fit and you can hear a 'pop' when withdrawn from the cases.
If not proper proj's then no worries as the whole bunch only cost me a tenner. :)

Primers are already oiled but are being sorted properly tomorrow morning.
In the last shot, you can see the 'knurling' on the case of which im told that it indicates a training round?
cheers

Hi Paul will have a look but as i usualy only take pictures of fuzes , if you can wait until May next year will take plenty for you.

Hi Waff,
You did well to pick that lot up for a bargin price, those are the correct wooden projectiles for the cases but i think those are wooden bulleted blanks.
Best regards Weasel.

Blanks

Those are Platzpatrone 38 as previously posted, i.e. wood bulleted blanks, not training rounds (presuming you mean drill rounds when you say "training rounds"). Those are very nice rounds and quite hard to find.

The knurling ( rille) round the case indicates a re-load, not a training round. The misconception may be because it is nearly always found on blanks, particularly 7.92mm Platzpatrone 33.
