does anyone know this 150 mm high explosive shrapnel projectile the top part of the fuze is a replica only markings are what you see on the pic. anyone ad cutaway drawings? thanks

Do you have more info about the shell itself? it may lead to the fuze. The shell looks like era 1890-1915 or so.
 
Think it is a Austro-hungarian 15 cm M.14 or 17 Granat-Shrapnell. The replica fuze parts are very wrong.
 
Some more info of the projectile diameter 150 mm body lenght 405 mm lenght of high explosive part 82 mm widht of driving band 25 mm, and here a pic of the inner of the explosive part.
