I am looking for information on a C.V.P.1 German landmine.
It is listed as a anti-tank and anti-personnel mine.

Any ideas?

Joe

Also in Military Training Pamphlet n° 40 "Mines and Booby Traps" part 1 from 1943 and in "Mine e campi minati (Notizie tecniche e procedimenti d'impiego)" from 1942

It's hungarian not german.

Try to search "36 M. TAK" or "36 M. Tányérakna" or "Circular Variable Pressure Mine" too.

Thanks guys ... I was looking for German and it is listed as Hungarian. So that makes sense why not only could I not find it, but the nomenclature didn't make sense either.

Here is the drawing of the 36M TAK mine and the fuze. The fuze can be set to 5 different actuating weight (N, 3, 2, 1, K) and to pull (H) by turning the scale thus moving the shear knife incrementally out of the way of the striker. When on "H" the knife is completly out and removing the arming pin sets off the mine.
