I would think so, but if they are going to be found anywhere Australia has to be the favourite.
The cylinder paper liner did not have a number.
I have got the numbers for most of my series of tank, A/Tk packages but there are so many.
If a particular RP (Rolled Paper) Cylinder was known I could probably identify the package and nature.

No. 23 Mk I paper tubes

I picked up a pair of No. 23 Mk I cardboard tubes to go in the C235 box yesterday. Not in the best condition, but they were very cheap (AUD$25 equivalent to about £13 for the box and tubes), and I'm just happy to have some examples. I don't know who the maker R.I.L. is but presumably Australian. The Box is Australian made (GMH-W) and also dated 1943, so the tubes may have been originally packed in this box. Now I just need to get a couple of brass No. 31 cartridge clips.
Cheers, Graeme
