CZECH Fuze, Mine Pull Model ?

Hi,


Does someone knows the name of this Czech pull fuze recorded as unknown in FOMCAT 1977 vol. 6 p. 293-294 and maybe has a drawing ?
Bakelite, 66,8mm long, 14,2mm diameter.
(Not on LEXPEV)
