Has anyone seen this before, or have any documentation on it?

It states it is an M1, but I can't find anything. This is all I have picture wise.

Length: 125-MM
Diameter of 55-MM

it looks more like a thermite well(or the firefly) as used by the OSS,the pocket incendiary used 2 time pencils that were mounted along the outside edges

Yeah … I looked up the OSS items, including the US version "Pocket Incendiary" and none of them look like this. I think the sign with the item is wrong. However looking through all the US manuals I have on incendiary devices, I don't see any made like this.
