Good morning Dave, nice fuze and excellent pictures. The fuze was used on the 6-inch & 9.45-inch trench mortar bombs and is based on a French design; details including drawings, photos and a different adaptor are in my book, An Illustrated Technical Guide to British WW1 Fuzes. Haven't had time to look up the manufacturer yet! Depotman
Thank you Minenaz16 and Depotman. That is a most excellent book Trevor, if only it had been available 30 years ago I would have been so much wiser - but equally if I’d spent more time reading and less in the pub that would also apply! I haven’t come across this logo before.
